What it is. The official plan of the registered land, edged in red.

What it shows. Boundaries on it are general. It does not say who must keep up a fence or wall: where the deeds say that, it is in a document the register refers to, and occasionally they say nothing.

Sent electronically by HM Land Registry straight into your certificate, read in and explained: nothing to post, nothing to re-key. Ordered while they are shut, it is collected when they reopen and you are emailed. Nothing is charged unless it can be delivered.
